Trotter Club provides opportunities for young volunteers (ages 9-15) to gain fundamental horsemanship and develop life skills through teamwork, critical thinking, and working with special needs students.

ABOUT TROTTER CLUB

Trotter Club began in 2020 when applications poured in from young volunteers who wanted to help with our Adaptive Riding Program. Volunteers assist our special needs population as horse leaders and side walkers but must be at least 16 years old for safety reasons (unless given special permission). However, we wanted to provide a space for young volunteers to learn and grow. Thus, Trotter Club was born! Trotter Club provides opportunities for volunteers (ages 9-15) to develop fundamental horsemanship and life skills through teamwork, critical thinking and working with special needs students.
